Jason Kreth
Board Director

Jason Kreth is a Senior Construction Project Manager with more than 30 years of experience in heavy and civil construction. Known for strong leadership, innovative ideas and a principled approach, Jason brings deep expertise in operations management to the board of TheClusterfix.
Jason currently serves as Senior Project Manager with Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company listed on the S&P 500, where he leads construction teams responsible for 15 million in annual revenue. Prior to this role, he was Director of Operations at a similar company in the NY metro area as well as President/Owner of his own firm in heavy and civil construction. He has held leadership positions at The Platinum Group and Skip Barber Racing School focusing on growth, employee development and culture. Throughout his career he has helped drive each organization to new heights.
As a member of the TheClusterfix Board of Directors, Jason contributes expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, fundraising and program evaluation. Being particularly passionate about supporting veterans in their post service life as the son of a Viet Nam era disabled veteran, this mission is extremely personal. Jason plays a key role in strategic planning and driving the mission forward.
Beyond professional commitments, Jason is actively involved in community leadership as a Lewis & Clark County Trustee, directly serves the public as a Lewis & Clark County Deputy Sheriff, a Captain with a wildland/rural fire department and an EMS professional. He answers the call for those in need in his immediate community. He has been a professional racing driver and instructor for over 30 years and continues to compete when time permits. His greatest achievement is the role he plays in his family as husband to his wife Michelle, and father to two amazing adult children, Kayleigh and James.
