Tisha Holt
Board Director

Tisha Holt is a native Marylander who spent 27 years traveling the United States with her now retired USMC Veteran, 22 years active-duty service. Tisha has learned to adapt and grow her skill set based on geography and opportunity, resulting in a rich array of experiences across social work, healthcare, and education.

Tisha has worked as a Family Therapist, Men's Facilitator, and Intake Specialist, as well as a Preschool Teacher, a Children's Museum Facilitator, and her current role as Health Assistant for the Anne Arundel County Department of Health.

Tisha serves as a Board Director for TheClusterfix. Her lived experience as a military spouse navigating 27 years of relocation, combined with her professional background in social work, healthcare, and family services, brings a unique and deeply relevant perspective to the organization's mission of supporting veterans and their families.

Tisha graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her MSW (Masters in Social Work) degree and is a Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Technician.
​
Her greatest achievements are her marriage of 31+ years and raising her children, both biological and adopted. In her free time, Tisha volunteers at her church teaching English as a second language and second grade. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and being in nature.
